An interactive training workshop
This engaging workshop is part of our research project on Forecasting the Skills Needs of Human Resource and Career Guidance Practitioners in Malta and Training Key Stakeholders. Designed to support HR professionals in navigating Malta’s evolving skills landscape, the session will share key findings from recent local research. More importantly, it will focus on turning research into practice - offering valuable insights into current and future skills needs for HR professionals, along with practical training to help strengthen HR practices in both the public and private sectors.
The workshop will be held at the STEM and VET Hub. This workshop is designed for HR practitioners, scholars and students interested in HR. Please note that places are limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
