The National Career Guidance Network (NCGN) is Malta’s national platform for strengthening career guidance across all sectors; education, employment, and industry. Chaired and administered by the National Skills Council, the NCGN is uniting stakeholders to ensure everyone in Malta and Gozo has equitable access to high-quality career guidance throughout life.
In a world where the labour market is changing faster than ever, career guidance must do more than inform; it must empower. The NCGN was born from the belief that guidance should be lifelong and future-ready. Its work aligns with the Osnabrück Declaration, European Skills Agenda, and VET strategies for green and digital transitions.
